Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to The AgeMeter mobile application provided by Centers For Age Control Inc. By using The AgeMeter, you agree to these Terms.

Apple license terms
The AgeMeter is licensed, not sold. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the licensed application in addition to these Terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA regarding the licensed app, Apple’s Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict.

Eligibility and account security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and should notify us at support@agemeter.com if you believe it has been compromised.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple. An annual subscription may include a seven-day free trial when Apple offers it. Unless canceled through your Apple account settings, the subscription automatically renews under the price and timing shown by Apple. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests under its applicable terms. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Scientific and informational use only
The AgeMeter provides scientific and informational functional-age measurements. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, monitor a disease, or provide individualized medical advice. Do not use results as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Results
Measurements and calculated functional or biological age results may vary with conditions, technique, device characteristics, and other factors. We do not guarantee a particular result, improvement, health outcome, or accuracy for every use. You are responsible for deciding how to use the information and for seeking qualified professional advice where appropriate.

Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Account deletion and termination
You may request deletion through the app. Deleting an account may remove access to stored history and does not cancel an Apple subscription. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or a material violation of these Terms.

Intellectual property
The AgeMeter software, design, text, calculations, trademarks, logos, and original content are owned by or licensed to Centers For Age Control Inc. “AgeMeter” and “The AgeMeter” are protected product identifiers. Scientific citations and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services
The app may rely on Apple and service providers for subscriptions, hosting, analytics, diagnostics, and related operation. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.

Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The AgeMeter is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centers For Age Control Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or opportunity arising from use of the app. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Centers For Age Control Inc. in the jurisdiction where it is established, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or Apple’s Standard EULA. A more specific jurisdiction or venue should be confirmed by the company before these Terms are treated as a negotiated legal agreement.

Changes
We may update these Terms when the app or applicable requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL.
